How we work
From an idea to working software
We define the user and the task, test the technical approach, build the agreed system and agree who runs it. Not every idea needs an agent, and not every prototype should become a production build.
When the task is unclear, an Office Review is one paid starting point. It is not an admission fee. When the brief is already clear, we can propose the build directly. Production is scoped and agreed separately from a review.
Some work needs AI. Some needs a clearer form or one fewer handover. We agree which it is before you commit to a build.
Experimental model quality, third-party API access, latency, rights and operating costs can affect feasibility and price.

Scope
We agree the user, the task, the records available, the access needed, the success criteria and the technical constraints. Nothing is built before that exists.

Experiment
We build a working prototype and run it against representative examples. You see where it fails, and the stage ends in an explicit decision to build or not.

Implementation
We build the interface and the agreed integrations, with permissions, tests, observability and approval on the actions that need it.

Run or hand over
Before the build begins, we agree who controls the code, accounts and data, who operates the software and the costs, support and exit terms. Studio can host and maintain it under an ongoing agreement, or deliver the agreed source, documentation and ownership arrangements to your team.

We are hired to make the work carry itself, not to find people to remove. The staff who show us how the job is done are the ones who understand it best, and the system is built around the work they do. If reducing headcount is the brief, we are the wrong studio and will say so.
