Office
Set up your business
Starting a business means setting up much more than the thing you’re selling. You need the right accounts, tools, systems and workflows, organised so the whole business can operate.
Office takes care of establishing that infrastructure.
Everything behind your business
Six areas a business runs on. They are categories of work, not a bundle: an engagement covers the ones your business actually needs.
Company essentials
Business identity, company information, domains, account ownership and coordination of registration or compliance requirements.
Workspace
Business email, collaboration tools, file organisation, access permissions and team accounts.
Money
Payment providers, billing, invoicing, bookkeeping integrations, subscription inventory and running-cost visibility.
Product infrastructure
Repositories, hosting, deployments, developer accounts, analytics and product administration.
Customer operations
Enquiries, support channels, customer records, CRM, notifications and communications.
Workflows
Recurring processes, lightweight automations, documentation, responsibilities and handover.
The exact tools depend on the business. Platforms such as GitHub, Stripe or Vercel appear where they fit; naming one is an example, not a requirement or a partnership.
Company registration, accounting, tax and legal work that needs professional authorisation is coordinated with an appropriate specialist. Office Studio does not give regulated advice.
Starting or already running
Starting a business
Build the operational foundation from the beginning, using the company’s actual products and commercial model to decide which systems are needed.
Already in business
Audit the existing setup, remove unnecessary duplication, clarify account ownership and reorganise disconnected tools and processes.
Both are the same Office service and the same enquiry. What differs is where the work starts.
How an Office gets set up
01
Understand
Learn the business model, products, people and the operations it needs.
02
Plan
Select the services and define the architecture, ownership, permissions and budget implications.
03
Set up
Configure and connect the agreed accounts, infrastructure and workflows.
04
Handover
Provide the documented system, the accounts register and the guidance needed to operate it.
What you receive
Subject to the scope you agree:
Office Map
A documented view of the platforms and systems powering the business.
Accounts Register
The tools, account owners, administrators, access arrangements, subscriptions and renewal responsibilities.
Configured Infrastructure
The agreed accounts, services and integrations, set up and checked.
Operating Guide
Instructions for essential workflows, responsibilities and maintaining the setup.
Handover
Ownership, access and instructions returned to you.
Accounts are set up in your name by default and stay yours. Access is granted through each platform’s own permission controls and credentials are handled securely; we never ask for your personal passwords.
Third-party subscriptions, specialist fees and any ongoing maintenance are scoped separately.
After setup
Office Care can be arranged afterwards as separately scoped help with maintenance, changes, troubleshooting and new systems.
Need something built
If an existing tool cannot do the job, Studio can design and build a solution under a separate engagement.
