Office Review is a paid diagnostic for work that needs investigation before you decide what to change. The focus can be a customer journey, a task your team completes or a wider problem across your website and tools.
A fixed ten-working-day review, $7,500. We examine the website, tools and selected workflows behind your business. You get prioritised changes, one demonstration prototype and a scoped next step.

A review is one starting point. A clearly scoped product project can proceed to a build proposal.
You get the picture, and what to do about it.
A map of how the work actually moves through your business today, and a plain account of which parts are worth rebuilding first. You keep the prototype and the roadmap either way.

The prototype demonstrates one recommended change. It is not a production product, a full redesign or a set of live integrations.
Starting one
Ten working days. $7,500.
It takes about six hours of your team’s time across the two-week review: roughly two and a half hours with the project lead, and three and a half hours shared across the people who do the work.
Apart from the project lead, no individual usually gives more than 30 to 45 minutes.
We schedule around your week, not ours. Invoiced once we agree it is the right piece of work.
